What is Blue Lifting?

Who are the candidates for this procedure?

Those who show early signs of sagging or mild flaccidity with little fat. It is not suitable for those with significant sagging, excess localized fat, or skin. It can be performed up to the age of 50, depending on the degree of aging presented in the face.

In which areas can it be performed?

Generally, this procedure is mainly performed on the lower third of the face and the neck. However, it can also be applied to the arms, abdomen, inner thigh, and above the knees.

What to expect after the procedure?

The process lasts approximately 1 hour if it’s for a single area. Immediate skin retraction can be observed, but the result will be better appreciated as the area will have slight inflammation for a few days.

Recovery is immediate; no rest is required. Slight inflammation occurs, which tends to subside after the fifth day. A compression garment should be worn after the procedure to aid in better skin retraction. Post-surgical rehabilitation sessions are conducted for edema and congestion (5 to 10 sessions).

Physiological rejuvenation is achieved as the laser promotes the production of collagen and elastin, resulting in integral tightening in the treated area with natural results, improving skin quality.

What is the result?

A stylized neck, a more defined jawline, and a better-balanced and rejuvenated face. The effect of this procedure lasts approximately 3 to 5 years, depending on the patient’s lifestyle and if there are no significant changes in weight. It can be repeated in 5 years.

The focus is to slow down the premature aging process in patients. Therefore, it is recommended to attend a consultation once a year for corrections of other issues such as spots, expression lines, with applications of stem cells, growth factors, Botox, hyaluronic acid, etc.
